1. Data Sovereignty
Your wardrobe is your private domain. We never sell, trade, or rent your personal data or uploaded images to third parties. All styling logic is processed in a secure environment designed to protect your fashion intelligence.
2. Encryption & Security
We utilize AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS for all transmissions. Access to your archive is strictly controlled through secure authentication protocols.
3. AI Processing
Images uploaded to Fashionate are analyzed by our AI models (including Google Gemini and Photoroom) for the purposes of background removal and item tagging. This data is used only to provide services to you and is not used to train global public models.
4. Chat History & Retention
Chat messages are retained for 12 months to improve your personalised AI suggestions. Sessions with no activity for 90 days are automatically archived. You can delete your chat history at any time from Profile → Data. This is separate from closing your account — your wardrobe and profile remain untouched.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to export your data or delete your account at any time. Deleting your account will permanently remove all associated wardrobe data and images from our active production systems.
